1st blog

Let me preface with how much I hate the word "blog".  It reminds me of a log in a bog.  All slimy, decayed and probably doesn't float.  I hope that's not a premonition of what this experiment will turn into.  Anyhoo - the main purpose of this blog is to share photos and video of life in Seattle with east coast family.  Specifically, those who do not have a Facebook account (cough...Mom & Dad).  I will attempt to maintain this as a repository of all things digital-Mathieson so Ma & Pa are kept up to date with how their grand kids are growing.  FYI - Drew has already started growing a beard!
